Pick a time.

Free. 45 minutes on Microsoft Teams.

Thursday 24 September

Choose one of the times above.

What do you want to get to?

The invitation goes to that address. Reschedule or cancel from it.

  • Two to three scored use cases, ranked on business value against feasibility
  • An effort estimate for the one worth doing first
  • An honest cost range, including when the answer is do not build

Run by Ebrahim Abdulsattar, previously Vice President of Technology at Fiserv and faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email. If it is quicker to talk, the number is (402) 999-3330.

What the 45 minutes is actually for.

Most AI conversations start with a tool and work backwards to a problem. This one runs the other way. We start with the work your team does every day, find where the cost and the delay actually sit, and only then ask whether AI is the right instrument for any of it. Sometimes it is not, and you will hear that.

You do not need a data strategy, a cleaned-up warehouse, or a business case to come. Bring the situation as it actually is, including the parts that are a mess. The mess is usually where the answer is.

Come to this if

  • A pilot got built, impressed everybody once, and never reached production.
  • Your CRM or ERP holds the data but nobody trusts what it says.
  • Leadership has asked for an AI plan and you need something defensible.
  • A vendor has quoted you a number and you want a second read on it.
  • You know roughly where the waste is and want to know what fixing it costs.

What you will not get

No deck, no discovery invoice, and no proposal you did not ask for. If we are a fit we will say so at the end and you can decide then. If we are not, you still leave with the scoring and the range.

Before you book the time.

Is it really free, and what is the catch?

It is free and there is no catch worth hiding: we do this because a scoped, honest assessment is the best possible advertisement for how we work. You are under no obligation afterwards, and the scoring and the cost range are yours whether or not we ever speak again.

What should I bring or prepare?

Nothing. If it helps you to have a rough list of the problems you would like solved, bring it, but the conversation works fine without one. We would rather hear the situation described than read a document about it.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever knows how the work actually gets done, and whoever can say yes to fixing it. That is often two different people. One is enough to make the time useful; both is better.

Do you sign an NDA first?

Yes, if you want one in place before we talk. Say so in the note when you book, or reply to the confirmation email, and we will get one over to you before the meeting.

Why do I only see a few times each day?

Because these are real openings in a working week rather than a wide-open calendar. A few windows open each weekday, and once they are taken the day closes. The times you see are on your own clock, with Central underneath each one.

What if the time stops working?

Move it or drop it from the confirmation email. Either takes one click, no explanation is needed, and nobody chases you about it. The slot goes straight back on the calendar for somebody else.

What happens after the assessment?

You get the scored use cases, the effort estimate and the cost range. If there is work worth doing and you want us to do it, we scope it properly and start with the highest-payback move. If not, you have a plan you can hand to whoever does.

Pick a time and
find out what it is worth.

Forty-five minutes, on your clock, with the scoring and the cost range yours to keep either way.
